Activity description
- Competence and responsibility for the complete release of material, as specified in entering the manufacturing process, the quality of the parts supplied throughout the manufacturing process
- QMC technicians provide direct support for SQM technicians
- ISTR engineers input PPAP into the database and resend it ussualy to the designer, quality dept. and supplier
- in case of a non-conforming material at any point in the manufacturing process, the non-conformance verification as specified
- in case of confirmation of the non-conformity, issuing a complaint protocol to the supplier, handing it over to the resident engineer or SQM technician
